In order to further enhance the storage and sorting capacity of the plates, AIEGLE joins hands with HERO Intelligence to build a plate warehouse in its Industry 4.0 intelligent manufacturing base in Qingyuan, which realizes automatic warehousing, systematic management and precise distribution of plates.
The total height of the panel warehouse is 20m, and it adopts single-deep alley layout, all the alleys are compatible with 48 and 49-foot panels, and the carrying capacity of the unit cargo space is 1800~2300KG, which can fully satisfy the storage requirements of various types of furniture panels. In terms of equipment configuration, the project introduces intelligent equipment such as stacker cranes, RGVs, conveyors, etc., which realizes automated operation of plates from inbound to outbound.

1. High-level storage
Adopting 20-meter high-density shelves and single-deep position alley layout, the project optimizes the use of vertical space and significantly improves the utilization rate of storage space for plates.
2.Flexible compatibility
The aisle design is compatible with 48 and 49-foot boards, and the unit load capacity is 1800-2300kg, which ensures the safe storage of boards.
3.Automatic operation
Integration of single-deep stacker cranes, RGVs, conveyors and other intelligent equipments realizes automated access to plates and enhances the flexibility and responsiveness of logistics operations.
4.Efficient circulation
All four floors of the warehouse are equipped with access ports to ensure barrier-free circulation of goods, which significantly improves the logistics efficiency and enables rapid response to market demand.
